What happens after I place my order?

Once you have placed your order we will email you a confirmation email to let you know we have received your order. Once your item has been shipped you will receive another email with tracking information.

 

What payments do you accept?

We accept payments via MasterCard, Visa, Afterpay and AMEX.

 

How do I make a return?

To make a return click here Please ensure your return meets the following criteria:

1 – Items are unworn/unwashed and in resalable condition;
2 – In the original packaging with tags;
3 – Properly packaged for transit; and
4 – Return label clearly displayed on parcel.

 

My shipping information is incorrect, how do I fix this?

Email contact@reaktapparel.com to update your details, however if your item has already been shipped for the fastest response, please contact the courier service to advise them of your address change.

Orders are sent with Australia Post (13 76 78)

Please note Reakt Apparel will not be held responsible for lost parcels due to incomplete address information.

 

My order hasn’t arrived, what do I do?

Delays with our courier can sometimes occur, so we ask that you allow 14 business days for your parcel to arrive. Your shipping confirmation email will contain tracking details so you can see where your parcel is.

If Reakt Apparel ships to you internationally we are not liable to pay any import duties, taxes or tariffs of your home country.

Reakt Apparel will not be held accountable for missing parcels if you have authorised the courier to leave the parcel without a signature.
